He is a cooper by trade, and worked some time for Job Dodge, making pork barrels. He is now a resident of Yorktown, Bureau county. Mr. McKenzie married MissCordelia Chubbuck, in 1837. The chil-dren of this marriage are: Virgil A., who married Miss Nettie Brown;. Lovina M., who married Ansel Burdick; Albert E., who married Francis Hodgeborn; and Lucinda A., who married Austin Foy.
